About the role

This position is responsible for documenting company activities from the fabrication process in the workshop, installation process at project locations, to final project results, then processing the documentation into attractive content and uploading it to all company social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create ideas and content concepts suitable for the welding, fabrication, and construction field

• Arrange content plans and publication schedules regularly

• Develop content ideas to increase awareness, engagement, and customer trust

• Follow content trends on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube relevant to the company business

• Determine angle, storyline, hook, caption, and attractive content format

• Conduct direct photo and video shooting at workshops and project locations

• Document fabrication processes such as material cutting, welding, grinding, assembly, finishing, painting, and other processes

• Document product delivery and installation processes at customer locations

• Edit videos into attractive content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

• Manage company social media, especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

About you

• Minimum education SMP/MTs equivalent

• Have interest and ability in content creation, videography, photography, editing, and social media

• Able to take photos and videos well using smartphone and/or camera

• Master video editing applications such as CapCut or similar applications

• Understand basic photo editing/design using Canva or similar applications

• Understand the use of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

• Understand short-form content formats such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Thorough, disciplined, responsible, and able to work according to deadlines

• Willing to work and conduct content shooting at workshops and project locations
