Sortation Center Region Lead - SPX Express (Kota Surabaya)

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage daily operations across Sortation Center’s special parcel handling area in multiple facilities within the assigned region

• Oversee operational budget, expenditure, and financial performance within the assigned region

• Achieve operational targets aligned with overall company goals and objectives

• Coach and develop team members according to standard learning and development guidelines

• Ensure the operations team adheres to company standard operating procedures and work instructions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• 5 years of work experience in an express or logistics company, with exposure to manage distribution center and inventory control in multiple areas or regions

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in continuous improvement practices as an advantage

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams 

• Hands-on leadership style, leading by example and actively supporting operational solutions on the ground

• Experience with transport or freight management systems, and project management will be an advantage

• Willingness to travel to other cities or regions as needed
