Solution Analyst Intern

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.
3. Document system interfaces, workflows, and application design.
4. Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
5. Support testing activities and ensure quality standards.
6. Provide user training and post-implementation support.
7. Conduct vendor and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

Kualifikasi

1. Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
3. Basic understanding of system analysis, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT concepts.
4. Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, documentation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or documentation tools is an advantage.
