1. Social Media & Content Manager

Job Summary :

Lead the Social Media & Content team in developing and executing overall social media strategies, content direction, and performance plans across platforms. Drive content planning, KPI achievement, performance evaluation, and continuous optimization while ensuring all social media initiatives align with brand objectives and business goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or related roles.

• Strong in social media strategy, content planning, brand communication, and analytics.

• Proven team leadership and end-to-end social media management experience.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and KPIs.

• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• FMCG/Consumer Goods experience is a plus.

• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

1. Content Strategist

Job Summary :

Develop and execute content strategies based on audience insights, competitor analysis, brand objectives, platform behavior, and social media trends. Develop content plans, concepts, and briefs while defining key content angles, hooks, storylines, and CTAs. Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements to drive engagement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience insights, trends, and platform behavior.

• Experienced in developing content plans, concepts, pillars, calendars, briefs, and key messaging.

• Strong in content angles, hooks, storylines, CTAs, and storytelling.

• Analytical and creative with experience in evaluating and optimizing content performance.

• Strong collaboration skills with creative and social media teams.

• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

1. Social Media Executive

Job Summary :

Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, copywriting, community management, social listening, and performance monitoring. Ensure content is optimized for each platform, published accurately and on time, and provide insights based on social media performance and audience responses.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing.

• Experienced in social media management, content publishing, and copywriting.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform characteristics, and audience engagement.

• Experienced in community management, social listening, and performance reporting.

• Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and strong in communication.

• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
