Social Media and Content Specialist

About the role

Curated by Reserva is a luxury DMC based in Bali, specializing in curated stays, experiences, and travel services for high-end travelers. We work with leading luxury hotels and resorts to create personalized journeys across Indonesia. We're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. You'll be responsible for developing content ideas, managing social media, creating visual content, and helping grow Reserva's digital presence across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and execute content planning

• Manage social media across key platforms

• Create visual content including aesthetic photo and video content

• Help grow Reserva's digital presence

• Manage Instagram & TikTok Ads

• Apply understanding of social media algorithms and analytics

About you

• Strong content planning and execution skills

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools

• Experience with Instagram & TikTok Ads

• Strong B2B & B2C copywriting skills

• Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics

• Able to create aesthetic photo and video content

• Hospitality or luxury tourism experience is a plus

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
