Manage and reduce EBB’s NPL accounts, i.e. through pre & post litigation, asset/loan sales, and any required actions to obtain maximum reduction/recovery with the purpose of minimizing the bank’s credit loss while complying with quality standard as stipulated in the internal and external regulations.

 This person is to report to Loan Workout EBB Head

Strategy and Planning

• Collaboration with Group Head for setting up the target achievement for each borrower (i.e. cash collection, provision write back, WO recovery, and/or NPL reduction).
• Analyze & recommend the appropriate account strategy for each borrower to obtain optimum recovery from each problem loan and minimizing the bank’s credit losses.
• Ensure that the recommended account strategy also complies with the internal and external policy & regulation.
• Perform good communication, follow up, feedback, and relationship with the borrowers, regulators (OJK/BI/BNM), internal and external auditors, notary, lawyers, appraisers, private auctioneers, and any other parties that engaged in the remedial/settlement process.
• Perform good collaboration and teamwork within internal group and department as well as other departments that engaged in the remedial/settlement process.
