Site Supervisor

About the role

Site Supervisor for a padel court construction project responsible for supervising and monitoring contractor work in the field according to drawings, specifications, work methods, and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supervision and monitoring of contractor work in the field in accordance with drawings, specifications, work methods, and project standards

• Perform inspection of work and ensure quality of implementation meets established standards

• Monitor work progress and alignment with project schedule

• Identify and report deviations, obstacles, or non-conforming work to the Project Manager

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project team regarding work implementation

• Ensure follow-up on inspection results, punch list, and corrective work

• Monitor K3/HSE implementation and contractor compliance with project requirements

• Assist in inspection, punch list, and project handover processes

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Site Supervisor on construction projects

• Experience on padel court, sports facility, commercial, or similar projects is an advantage

• Understanding of civil work, structure, and finishing

• Able to read working drawings/shop drawings and monitor work according to specifications

• Able to supervise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors

• Understanding of quality control and K3/HSE in the field

• Communicative, firm, responsible, and able to resolve field obstacles

• Able to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Willing to be placed in Canggu, Bali
