Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that all on-site activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plan. SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position as a Site Supervisor, with luxury villa construction is a plus

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety standards

• Proven ability to lead and manage site teams effectively

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with specifications

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Good coordination with project teams, subcontractors and site workers

• Good communication skill & able to communicate in Indonesia and English

• Willing to work flexible hours to suit project requirements

• Willing to be placed in Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali area (near Pura Uluwatu)

• Bali domicile is preferred
