About the role

Manage and oversee all construction work activities in the field. Ensure work is executed according to technical drawings, specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all construction work activities in the field

• Ensure work is executed according to technical drawings, specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards

• Coordinate and organize workforce and operational project requirements

• Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety standards during work execution

• Monitor work progress, identify constraints, and take corrective action

• Prepare periodic project progress reports to management

• Coordinate with owner, supervising consultant, subcontractors, and internal team

• Prepare, supervise, and evaluate work progress according to established time, cost, and quality targets

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, particularly in project management and supervision

• Experience as Site Manager or equivalent position is an advantage

• Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods

• Able to prepare, supervise, and evaluate work progress according to established targets

• Able to coordinate workforce, subcontractors, materials, and project equipment

• Understand construction work quality standards and occupational health and safety application in project environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to operate AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage

• Willing to be placed at project locations

• Honest, disciplined, firm, responsible, and target-oriented
