Site Manager

We are looking for qualified individuals who are highly motivated, knowledgeable and skillful to join our team in Harmonie Luxury Villas in Seminyak on a full-time basis :
1. Housekeeping
2. Security
3. Bookkeeper
4. Site Manager

Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position (1-3)
- Minimum of 2 years as a Site Manager or an equivalent position in medium- to large-scale projects. (4)
- Able to work independently and as part of the team (1-4)
- Strong knowledge of villa security procedures, emergency response and safety. Regulation (2).
- Good English communication skill (1-3)
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, discipline and eager to learn (1-4)
- Fluent in English both in spoken and written, other language proficiency is an advance (4).
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Electrical Engineering (4)
- Holding a Competency Certificate (SKK/SKA) for Middle/Main Experts or a Construction OHS/POP Certificate is an added value (4)
- Proficient in reading and understanding working drawings (AutoCAD/BIM) as well as cost estimation (RAB/BOQ) (4)
- Able to join immediately (1-4)
