Site Engineer

About the role

Responsible for supporting project execution through engineering activities, including preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating design requirements, monitoring site implementation, and ensuring project activities comply with technical standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering from a Reputable University

2. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Engineering EPCM, Civil, Construction or Structural Project

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Hand Sketch / 3D Sketch Up and other supporting software

4. Proficient in reading drawing & explaining to team leader or supervisor at site project

5. Have Driving License A & C

6. Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, responsible, and committed

7. Willing to be assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings (Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, Detail Drawing, and As-Built Drawing) using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

2. Coordinate with project teams and supervisors regarding technical requirements, calculations, and drawing revisions.

3. Provide technical support to site teams and ensure work implementation complies with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

4. Monitor project progress, material requirements, and site activities to support project execution.

5. Prepare daily reports related to work progress, material status, and drawing approvals.

6. Assist the Site Manager in project scheduling, documentation, and administrative control.

7. Ensure project documents are properly prepared and maintained, and perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager/Supervisor.
