Site Acquisition Supervisor

About the Job

We are looking for a Site Acquisition Supervisor to support the company’s business expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing potential locations for new outlets.

This role will be responsible for conducting location surveys, analyzing market potential, building relationships with landlords and mall management, and handling lease negotiations to ensure each location supports the company’s business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, good knowledge of property and retail expansion, and experience in the F&B or retail industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Property, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Expansion, Leasing, Property, or Business Development.

• Experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred.

• Experienced in sourcing locations and negotiating with landlords or mall management.

• Good understanding of site survey, market analysis, and commercial leasing.

• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel for site surveys.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description

• Identify and source potential locations for new outlets.

• Conduct site surveys and evaluate location potential, traffic, demographics, and competitors.

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall management, property owners, and agents.

• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial agreements.

• Prepare site feasibility analysis and location proposals.

• Coordinate the site acquisition and leasing process with internal teams.

• Monitor acquisition progress and ensure timelines are met.

• Maintain a database of potential locations and property contacts.

• Support the company’s outlet expansion targets.
