Hijack Sandals was first established in 2010. The idea of creating a sandal brand crossed our mind at a time when leather shoes were all the rage. Meanwhile, it seems like nobody had given a proper attempt to make sandals ‘cool’, despite how ubiquitous and indispensable they are in our daily life. This lack of spotlight on the culturally significant footwear led us to start our endeavor. Instead of following the trend, we went against the current and began crafting sandals. Our journey started because we believe in sustaining the culture.

About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our team in Uluwatu, Bali. If you enjoy helping customers, working with a team, and creating a great shopping experience, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.

• Support daily store operations and sales activities.

• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and product displays.

• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Passionate about customer service.

• Friendly, communicative, and proactive.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Retail experience is a plus.

• Own transportation is preferred.

• Domiciled in Badung Regency or Uluwatu is preferred.

• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
