Shipping Planner (Export Division)

We are looking for an Export Shipping Planner to manage export shipment planning, cargo readiness preparation, and stuffing execution, ensuring cargo is delivered on time in line with vessel ETD at POL.

This role will closely coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, EMKL/PPJK, and internal stakeholders including Warehouse, QC, and PPIC, while maintaining shipment visibility and monitoring until cargo arrival at POD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Logistic, Industrial Engineering.

• 3 - 4 years of experience in shipping, export logistics, or related areas.

• Experience in FMCG or MT programs, particularly in logistics/supply chain functions, will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.

• Willing to work overtime when required.
