Main Responsibilities

• Track ship movements and assist in monitoring cargo transfer operations.

• Collect and compile ship operational data to assist the team in analyzing efficiency and performance.

• Assist in preparing marine operation schedules to support optimal vessel utilization and on-time performance.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with operations, logistics, and port authorities for efficient berthing and cargo handling.

• Track marine traffic, gather shipping demand data, and prepare regular operational reports for management.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marine operations, planning, or shipping management.

3. Good understanding of vessel scheduling, port operations, and maritime regulations.

4. Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.

5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with marine planning software.
