Senior Territory Sales Executive, Bali & Nusra

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager, Food Service based at HQ and with dotted reporting line to Retail channel, this role is responsible for all channels with a focus on the Food Service channel, covering Bali and Southeast Nusa territories.

Job Description

• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Work with distributor’s sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects including distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.

• Responsible for Advertising & Promotion from planning to execution to achieve the sales objective efficiently.

• To build and strengthen business relationships with the key customers.

• Explore potential users to build sales and or business agreements to achieve sales and market share targets in the related channel and territory.

• Work closely with internal Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance Function to ensure proper campaign execution, product availability and budget control.

• Collaborate with the Food service’s culinary or technical teams to drive product trials and menu applications. 

• Assist the line manager in planning and execution of food service & industrial programs.

• Responsible for any project as assigned by the line manager.

Job Specification

• Degree or Diploma holder in Culinary, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from FMCG companies.

• Experience in Food Service (Restaurant) and/or Industrial Channel (Manufacturing) or Horeca channel.

• Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Based in Bali (or willing to stay in Bali).

• Willing to travel out-station and overseas when required.
