Senior Tenant Relation Officer (Lippo Mall Kemang)

Job Description:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Coordinate between tenants and management.

• Acting as a mediator between tenants and other parties or between management and tenants in resolving issues or complaints.

• Receiving feedback or complaints from tenants to be conveyed to management.

• Assisting in following up on every event organized by the promotion team.

• Assisting Customer Service in content development, publication, and newsletter circulation.
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Business Administration, Management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Good understanding of mall business processes and company business issues.

• Ability to make independent and sound decisions, and cope with pressure effectively.

• Possess or quickly develop strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate matters related to regulations.

• Ability to gather information and conduct tenant business analysis, and collaborate with mall marketing management strategies.

• Computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and foreign language skills (English) both spoken and written.
