Senior Staff Finance Accounting - Leasing (C-134849)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Leasing company. Currently, they are looking for Senior Staff Finance Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and review the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business planning and financial decision-making

• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify variances, assess financial performance, monitor costs, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing supporting documentation, addressing audit inquiries, and following up on audit findings and agreed corrective actions

• Identify, assess, and report potential financial risks, control weaknesses, and compliance issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures

• Monitor compliance with applicable OJK regulations, accounting standards, financial industry requirements, and internal policies and procedures

• Review financial reports, tax calculations, and regulatory submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in accordance with applicable requirements

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial controls and recommend process improvements to strengthen data accuracy, risk prevention, and operational effectiveness

• Prepare financial reports, analytical insights, and recommendations to support management review, business planning, and decision-making

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments, auditors, and regulatory stakeholders to resolve financial reporting, audit, taxation, and compliance-related matters

• Support the enhancement of financial procedures, reporting processes, and control mechanisms to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with established standards

• Other task assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Business level of English fluency

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax and audit within the financial industry, with at least 1 year in the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or auditing as Auditor

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and applicable OJK regulations

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality of work
