Senior Software Engineer at Corporate IT&IS

1. Merancang arsitektur untuk pengembangan aplikasi atau service dengan ruang lingkup proses bisnis dan integrasinya dengan sistem lain
2. Merancang, membangun dan mengevaluasi model data yg memiliki skalabilitas tinggi dan performa optimal
3. Menulis code yg bersih, efisien dan aman. melakukan pengembangan, modifikasi dan debugging program aplikasi atau service.
4. Memimpin proses code review, performance review, dan security review secara berkala guna memastikan seluruh kode yang dihasilkan tim mematuhi standar engineering excellence.
5. Memastikan code aplikasi/service bekerja sesuai desain dan optimal secara teknis maupun functional.
6. Membangun dan menerapkan kerangka kerja pengujian otomatis (automated testing frameworks—unit, integration, dan regression testing) untuk memastikan aplikasi bekerja optimal secara teknis maupun fungsional sebelum dirilis ke produksi.
7. Menyusun dokumentasi teknis (seperti kamus data, API documentation, dan arsitektur sistem) yang komprehensif dan terstruktur sesuai standar tata kelola departemen.
8. Mendefinisikan spesifikasi teknis dari aplikasi atau service yang dibangun termasuk kebutuhan infrastuktur lingkungan operasinya
9. Menyelesaikan eskalasi masalah dari support dan helpdesk
10. Mempelajari perkembangan teknologi terkini, melakukan knowledge sharing, menjadi mentor, dan ikut menentukan altenatif teknologi untuk eksplorasi (AI Drive SDLC, programming language, software development, database dll)

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) with a GPA of at least 3.0 in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, Applied Math, or another quantitative field.
2. Highly analytical, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and an effective communicator able to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
3. Keeps up with current technology trends and actively participates in knowledge sharing and mentoring.
4. Technical Proficiencies:
   • Strong hands-on proficiency in backend development (Python or C#) and SQL (PostgreSQL), and in front-end development using JavaScript and Responsive Web Design (HTML/HTML5, CSS/SCSS).
   • Solid experience with Git, DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, Azure DevOps), and SOLID principles.
   • Solid experience building applications with modern application framework (e.g Odoo), JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., Vue.js + Nuxt.js, Node.js, ApostropheCMS) is a plus.
   • Good working knowledge of Web Services, REST API, JSON, HTTP specifications, and web application architecture is a plus.
   • Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven development tools and LLM integration is a plus.
5. Core Competencies:
   • Proven ability to design scalable application and service architecture and high-performance data models.
   • Writes clean, efficient, and secure code and can lead code, performance, and security reviews.
   • Experienced in implementing automated testing (unit, integration, and regression) and producing structured technical documentation (data dictionary, API documentation, and system architecture).
   • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery environments.
6. Leadership Qualities:
   • Able to mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and act as a technical role model who upholds engineering excellence standards with high accountability and integrity.
   • Capable of resolving escalations from support and helpdesk
   • Capable of evaluating emerging technologies (AI-driven SDLC, programming languages, databases) for team adoption.
