Senior Sales Mechatronics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of continuous work experience.

• Strong experience in machinery trading companies. Candidates from Japanese trading companies are preferred, but those from local machinery trading companies are also welcome.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities.

• Self-driven sales professional who can work independently without relying heavily on instructions.

• Fluent in English or Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities targeting Japanese and local manufacturing companies.

• Promote and provide proposal-based sales solutions for machinery, factory automation (FA) systems, and automation equipment.

• Assess customer needs, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on orders.

• Coordinate with internal engineers and external suppliers to develop suitable solutions for customers.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
