Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Jakarta (B-117198)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta.

• Our client is a Construction company. Currently, they are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring cost control and value for money.

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Identify and mitigate potential financial risks associated with projects.

• Manage the procurement process, including the selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Conduct regular valuations of work in progress and prepare interim and final payment applications.

• Provide accurate and timely cost reports and financial statements to senior management.

• Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.

• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors and other team members.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Malaysia related construction like Quantity Survey, Civil engineer, Architecture etc.

• Min. Business Level English proficiency (fluency in communicating technical report and discussion orally and written to foreign clients).

• Min. 15 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction head office with experience handing clients from abroad, with experience in handling high rise building, factory, hotels, warehouse.

• Willing to do business trips in Bali, Batam, East Java, Jabodetabek.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and detail oriented.
