Senior QA Manager

PT HANSAE INDONESIA SUKSES is seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to join our garment manufacturing team in North Jakarta.

Job Description

The Senior QA Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities in our garment factory, ensuring that products meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire QA/QC team in our garment factory.

• Develop and implement quality systems and standards for garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing.

• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and standards.

• Oversee inline, end-line, and final inspections.

• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.

• Conduct production process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, washing, and other related departments to reduce defects and improve product quality.

• Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and present evaluation results to management.

• Develop QA/QC team competencies through training and performance evaluations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC within the garment manufacturing industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior QA Manager, QA Manager, or in a similar managerial position.

• Experience handling garment products for international buyers, including customer quality standards and requirements.

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and final inspection.

• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques such as 5-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.

• Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001, and garment inspection standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in both Indonesian and English.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
