Senior Project Manager - Construction Project

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop, manage, and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Monitor and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

• Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Track project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure construction quality meets industry standards and client requirements.

• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts effectively.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction project management.

• Proven experience in both project planning/design and on-site supervision.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
