Senior Presales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions.

• Design and propose end-to-end IT solutions based on customer needs.

• Prepare solution designs, Bill of Materials (BOM), Scope of Work (SOW), project schedules, and technical proposals.

• Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.

• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or product demonstrations when required.

• Collaborate with vendors, principals, and distributors to obtain pricing, technical specifications, and demo equipment.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are ready before project implementation.

• Provide technical consultation and recommendations throughout the pre-sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Presales Engineer or in a similar technical consulting role.

• Strong experience with enterprise IT solutions, including Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Cloud, or Infrastructure Solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
