Senior Merchandisers

Leads end-to-end merchandising operations, supplier negotiations, and margin optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle from development to bulk production delivery.

• Drive cost negotiations, margin control, and pricing strategies with vendors and factories.

• Resolve production bottlenecks and ensure quality, delivery, and profit targets are met.

• Mentor junior team members and streamline cross-functional workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of solid merchandising experience within the garment/apparel industry.

• Strong hands-on expertise in garment costing, fabric/trim sourcing, and margin management.

• Lingerie or intimate wear experience is a strong advantage.

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills with advanced English proficiency.
