Senior Legal Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join our team and lead all corporate legal matters across the business. This role will serve as the company's key legal advisor, ensuring compliance while supporting business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to support business operations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.

• Handle corporate legal matters, including company licenses and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

• Identify legal risks and provide practical business solutions.

• Manage legal documentation and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.

• Support cross-functional teams on legal-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Commercial Legal, or Legal Counsel.

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, and Employment Law.

• Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English is a must.
