Mirah Developments is seeking experienced Senior Interior Designers to join our growing creative team in Bali, Indonesia. Based in our Bali Creative Office, you will work in a culturally rich and inspiring environment where thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and hospitality come together.

This role is ideal for a design professional who is passionate about hospitality interiors and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced development setting.

Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer Hospitality, you will take a leading role in shaping interior concepts and delivering refined, immersive spaces across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lifestyle destinations. You will guide projects from early concept through execution, mentor design team members, and collaborate closely with creative director, PMs, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized at the highest standard.

Your work will directly influence the guest experience, balancing creativity, functionality, and technical excellence across every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of interior design concepts that respond to the project brief, brand narrative, and operational requirements

- Translate ideas into clear visual communication through mood boards, sketches, and design presentations

- Collaborate with design teams to advance concepts into detailed design, layouts, and coordinated drawings

- Research, specify, and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting in line with design intent and budget

- Oversee FF&E design development, specifications, procurement review, and on-site installation coordination

- Review furniture layouts, shop drawings, and installation plans to ensure accuracy and coordination with consultants

- Assess construction documents to confirm compliance with design quality, codes, and project standards

- Participate in site meetings and support site inspections in coordination with the Project Manager

- Monitor project progress and communicate updates regularly to the Design Director

- Guide and mentor Designers and Junior Designers, ensuring adherence to design standards and workflows

- Lead and contribute to design presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners

- Build strong working relationships with Design Director by understanding their vision and delivering thoughtful design solutions

- Stay informed on emerging hospitality trends, materials, products, and sustainable design practice.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on hospitality projects

- Proven experience across hotels, resorts, F&B, high-end residential, clubhouses, or show flats

- A curated portfolio demonstrating concept development through execution

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Fluent in English
