Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Service Lead to oversee enterprise IT infrastructure operations, ensure service reliability, and lead IT support teams within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in network and infrastructure management, combined with proven leadership capabilities, IT service management experience, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and regional IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, covering enterprise networks, servers, workplace technologies, and IT support services.

• Oversee infrastructure solutions from planning and design through implementation and operational support.

• Manage enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki switches, wireless access points, LAN/Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN connectivity.

• Ensure infrastructure availability, operational stability, IT security compliance, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 4 junior IT support engineers.

• Coordinate technical support and incident escalation for end users, including VIP and executive-level users.

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, regional IT teams, third-party service providers, and technology vendors.

• Support IT infrastructure budgeting, cost management, resource allocation, and operational planning.

• Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives and participate in regional IT projects when required.

• Coordinate infrastructure-related activities across headquarters and data center facilities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of professional IT experience, including at least 5 years of IT management experience within a multinational company.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, hosting, server administration, and workplace technologies.

• Experience with Cisco networking technologies; familiarity with Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, and enterprise wireless infrastructure is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL practices, SLAs, incident management, and IT security.

• Proven ability to lead IT teams, manage vendors, coordinate technical projects, and oversee operational budgets.

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and regional stakeholders.
