Senior Industrial Engineer - Automation & Continuous Improvement

About the role

Lead continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing and operational workflows using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies. Design and improve production layouts, material flow, and workstation efficiency while identifying automation opportunities and supporting implementation of MES, tracking systems, and process automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies

• Identify automation opportunities within manufacturing and operational workflows

• Design and improve production layouts, material flow, and workstation efficiency

• Support implementation of MES, tracking systems, and process automation tools

• Develop labor-saving processes and standardized operational methods

• Analyze production performance data and identify bottlenecks and waste

• Support capacity planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives

• Partner with Engineering, IT, and Production teams on automation projects and systems integration

• Train teams on process discipline, standard work, and continuous improvement methodologies

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing process improvement environments

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field strongly preferred

• Six Sigma certification strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and workflow optimization

• Experience with automation systems, MES, ERP integration, or manufacturing analytics preferred

• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset

• Conversational English skills (written and spoken) required
