Senior Finance, Accounting, and Tax

We're hiring a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Executive to own financial records, reconciliations, month-end closing, tax compliance & audit support.

📍 Pluit, Jakarta Utara (On-site) | 🕘 Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements — balance sheet, P&L, cash flow
• Manage daily operations: AP, AR & general ledger
• Reconcile with vendors, banks & stakeholders; resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end & year-end closing with schedules & analyses
• Ensure timely, accurate tax filings per current regulations
• Handle tax authority queries & coordinate external audits
• Maintain organized records (physical & digital) for tax & audit needs
• Record & reconcile transactions via accounting software
• Use AI tools to automate reconciliations, data entry & report drafting

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years in accounting/finance/tax, with strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations & tax compliance
• Proficient with accounting software (Accurate is preferred)
• Detail-oriented, self-driven & a strong communicator; manages multiple tasks independently
• Uses AI to simplify recurring work — automated reports, reconciliation checks & document processing
• Experience in IT Software House / Digital Marketing Agency (preferred)
