• Develop content plans, creative briefs, reports, and strategy decks.
• Write compelling copy and captions that strengthen brand communication.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt relevant trends while maintaining the brand’s character.
• Analyze content performance and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and other relevant teams to execute content initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to improve content ideation, execution, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure content consistently reflects Evolene’s tone, identity, and positioning.

Persyaratan

• Experience in Social Media, Content, Creative, Brand, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Able to develop structured content plans and creative briefs.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and content consistency.
• Able to analyze content performance and use data to improve content strategy.
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
• Strategic, proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and good creative judgment.
• Passionate about fitness, sports, supplements, health, or performance culture is a plus.
