Senior Accountant (Accounting & Tax)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant (Accounting & Tax) to join our Holding Company in Indonesia. This role is suitable for finance professionals who want to own the full finance, tax and administration function of a lean, growing company, and who are comfortable working closely with leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Prepare timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).

• Own the company's tax, ensuring PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN (VAT), and monthly and annual tax returns are completed

• Coordinate with external tax consultants on filings, PKP matters, and tax questions, keeping all supporting documentation audit-ready.

• Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider, and manage banking operations and payments.

• Maintain an up-to-date overview of all open finance and compliance tasks

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a start-up environment.

• Solid working knowledge of Indonesian tax (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, Coretax). Brevet A/B certification is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting and accounting

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

• Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Strong sense of ownership, structured, precise, and persistent.
