Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, monitor, and evaluate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor team expenses and customer receivables.

• Collaborate with Business Development (BD) team on new product development.

• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.

• Minimize product destruction and slow-moving inventory.

Qualifications :

• Professional Degree in Aphotecary.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales professional.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Have SIM A and proficient driving skills.
