Job Description

Responsible for designing and executing high-quality 3D animations that blend artistic performance with technical precision. Ensures all character, creature, and environmental movement demonstrates believable body mechanics, strong emotional performance, and seamless technical integration into the production pipeline

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional 3D animation experience (TV, Film, or Game Development)
Advanced mastery of Autodesk Maya, Blender (or primary studio DCC tools), Unreal engine, or Motion Builder
Strong grasp of body mechanic, character acting, and subtle facial performance that elevates the narrative and emotional impact
Proven ability to translate storyboards/animatic into camera layout, establish staging, and self-direct shot from early blocking to final polish
A solid, high-quality character animation demo reel showcasing dynamic movement and performance-driven storytelling
Ability to deliver feature-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
