Security Operations Center Analyst L1

1. Monitor and analyze security alerts, system logs, and events using SIEM and other security monitoring tools to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.
2. Investigate security alerts, perform initial incident analysis, assess severity, and escalate potential security incidents to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
3. Document security incidents, maintain accurate investigation records, and prepare daily SOC monitoring reports to support operational visibility and incident tracking.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to support incident handling, follow up on escalated incidents, and ensure timely communication and resolution of security threats.

Kualifikasi

1. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in SOC / Cyber Security Operations
2. Mandatory certification: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, CND (Certified Network Defender)
3. Familiar with SIEM tools, log analysis, and security incident handling
4. Basic understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response
5. Able to work in shift/on-site/project-based assignment
6. Good communication skills and willingness to learn
