About the role

This role involves maintaining security and order in the office environment and JNE operational areas, with responsibility for asset protection, facility oversight, and personnel safety.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain security and order in the office and operational areas

• Monitor access and egress of employees, guests, vehicles, and external parties

• Ensure security of assets, facilities, vehicles, and company shipments

• Conduct routine patrols in work areas to prevent potential security disturbances

• Assist with parking management and vehicle flow in office and operational areas

• Support customers, employees, and other work units as needed for operations

• Oversee goods and vehicle handover processes according to applicable procedures

• Record and report incidents, suspicious activities, or potential security threats to supervisors

• Comply with security procedures, company regulations, and occupational safety requirements

• Carry out additional security tasks as directed by supervisors

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Valid Security Guard ID Card (KTA Satpam)

• Security Guard training certificate or Gada Pratama certification (preferred or as required for placement)

• Disciplined, honest, firm, responsible, and integrity-oriented

• Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and customer service capability

• Good observation and vigilance skills regarding potential security threats

• Able to work individually and in teams, willing to work shift systems if required

• Good physical condition and ability to perform security duties according to operational needs

• Previous experience as a Security Guard (preferred)
