Securities Data and Trading Parameter Management [Outsource, PSPP Project]

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Securities Data and Trading Parameter Management (Outsource) in the Pembaruan Sistem Perdagangan dan Pengawasan (“PSPP”) Project. In this role, you will support strategic projects related to trading systems by ensuring the accuracy of securities data and trading parameter, executing system testing, and coordinating project implementation with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare testing data for the PSPP Project, including parameter updates, corporate actions, index data, constituent data, and reference prices.

2. Validate and review testing results related to constituent weight, parameter updates, corporate actions, and other trading data.

3. Execute functional testing and scenario-based testing during trading hours.

4. Participate in Sprint Backlog and project evaluation meetings.

5. Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders, including requirement analysis, sprint planning, testing feedback, and project monitoring.

6. Coordinate the preparation of Test Case Scenarios (TCS).

7. Update testing results in ReqTest.

8. Support pre-live activities for Migration Tools, SPOP+, MME & NIC, and Main Trading System implementation.

Kualifikasi

What You’ll Deliver:

Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics or Computer Engineering.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in capital market operational or technical operations.

Technical Skills

1. Knowledge of Alternative Market Provider Business & Operation.

2. Understanding of Brokerage Operations.

3. Familiarity with Business Application Systems (Core Business Related).

4. Understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

5. Knowledge of Database Management Systems.

6. Understanding of SRO Business Operations.

7. Knowledge of Stock Exchange Regulations.

8. Understanding of Capital Market Instruments.

Soft Skills

1. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

General Requirements:

1. Minimum GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00)
2. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
3. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
4. Knowledge of Capital Market will be an advantage.
