Scrum Master [Onsite at Pulomas Jakarta]

Scope of Work:

Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:

• Facilitating agile & SAFe events
• Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Actively control the quality of products itself that managed by the product team.

Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity

• Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
• Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.

Encouraging Team Collaboration & Self-Organization

Kualifikasi

Requirement:

• Placement at the Pulomas office
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role
• Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferrable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to sign 6-12 months contract
• Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta
