Scrum Master

• Facilitate, guide, and coach the development (engineering) team in applying Agile-Scrum principles, improving collaboration, productivity, and quality of work output.
• Oversee team workflows to improve efficiency and deliverable quality, while identifying process bottlenecks and providing continuous improvement recommendations to drive team performance optimization.
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance indicators, including velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint completion rate, and provide data-driven insights to support effective decision-making by the team, stakeholders, and management.

Kualifikasi

• Has 5 years of working experience in the same field
• Experienced in implementing projects using the Scrum method
• Have in-depth knowledge of Scrum / Agile Software Development
• Good ability to analyze problems, collect data and facts and make decisions quickly.
• Have knowledge about product development
• Good communication skills, oral / written, to stakeholders and team
• Plus : PSM 1 / CSM 1 certification
• Plus value: ability to operate JIRA & Confluance
