About the role

Provide effective personal, social, and academic counseling services for secondary students.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate actively with parents and Homeroom Teachers to monitor student progress

• Design, implement, and manage proactive student discipline and behavioral programs

• Provide effective personal, social, and academic counseling services for secondary students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Guidance and Counseling.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Computer literate for daily administrative and reporting tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
