Salon Manager

A new nail club is opening in Canggu. We are looking for the person who will run it.

The Nail Club opens on 1 December 2026 in Tibubeneng, Canggu. Nails only. Seven seats at two long communal tables, a lounge, and the best-looking nail room in Canggu. It is a new, independent brand built by the team behind Beauté Bar Seminyak, and it runs like a members' club: new nail art designs every month, regulars who book first, and service that is warm and easy.

This is the first Nail Club. More will follow across Bali. The manager we hire now is first in line to lead them.

The role

You run the Club. The owner is not in the building and does not want to be. You get the team, the room, a monthly scoreboard and real authority.

• Lead a team of five at opening (1 Host and 4+ Nail Artists), growing as the Club fills

• Own the guest experience, from the first WhatsApp message to the goodbye

• Create: design the rituals, events and member moments that make guests talk about us

• Run the daily operation: rota, stock, suppliers, cash, cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Hire, train and coach your team, and make the hard calls when they are needed

• Report one page of numbers each month: revenue, repeat guests, reviews, utilisation

• Manage salon expenses from a dedicated operating account

• Give occasional support to the founder, a few hours a month (a property viewing, a travel booking)

Your first 90 days

• November: two weeks of training at Beauté Bar Seminyak, then you prepare the opening with us

• December: you open the doors and run the first month

• By month three: a busy book, a stable team, and your first three ideas tested with guests

Who you are

• You have led a guest-facing team for 2+ years in a premium business in Bali: salon, spa, hotel, beach club, restaurant or retail

• You know your numbers. You can name three you watched every week in your last job

• You have hired, trained and let someone go

• You are creative, with a sharp eye for detail, and you follow what is happening in beauty, hospitality and design

• Fluent English and Indonesian

• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and AI tools

• Calm on a fully booked Saturday. Warm with guests, firm on standards

• You live within reach of Canggu and have your own transport

Nail industry experience is a plus. If you come from hospitality, we train you.

What we offer

• IDR 13 to 18 million per month, based on experience

• BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

• 10:00 to 18:00, six days a week
