Key responsibilities

• Find potential customers through social media, referrals, events, and promotions

• Respond to inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in visitors

• Follow up with prospective members who show interest in yoga classes

• Explain yoga programs, class schedules, membership packages, and pricing

• Recommend suitable packages based on customer needs and goals

• Convert inquiries into trial sessions and paid memberships

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Follow up with trial-class participants

• Maintain relationships with existing members

• Encourage membership renewals, upgrades, and referrals
