Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers (hardware stores, contractors, developers) to offer building material products

• Maintain a database of building material stores

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and long-term sales

• Negotiate and close sales by providing price offers, explaining product advantages, and finalizing transactions

• Monitor customer invoices and billing

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company

• Monitor inventory availability and arrange timely product delivery to customers

• Report sales results, customer complaints, and market analysis to management
