Sales Specialist

About the role

Sales Specialist role based in Karawang and Cikarang, responsible for managing sales operations, market information collection, and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and report market and industry information

• Manage sales contracts, including execution, filing, and updates

• Process customer orders and prepare sales plans & forecasts

• Coordinate internal sales plan reviews

• Monitor sales revenue, deliveries, invoicing, and unbilled shipments

• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and payment status

• Handle customer communication and reception

• Prepare and submit sales reports to Group Headquarters

• Perform other related duties as assigned

About you:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written

• Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Willing to work in Karawang and Cikarang

• Available to start in November 2026
