Sales Representative (Surabaya)

About the role

This is a sales role focused on finding and developing new customers and markets in the industrial and aquaculture sectors, particularly shrimp farming. You will build partnership networks with shops, dealers, agents, contractors, and shrimp farm entrepreneurs, providing technical solutions based on customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers and markets

• Build partnership networks with shops, dealers, agents, contractors, and shrimp farm entrepreneurs

• Conduct visits and product presentations

• Provide technical solutions according to customer needs

• Perform follow-up and achieve sales targets

• Develop customer relationships for repeat orders

About you

• Minimum SMK / D3 / S1 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Understanding of technical aspects of motors/dynamos, pumps, and water wheels

• Experience selling/in sales of products in the industrial sector and/or shrimp farming sector

• Salesmanship and negotiation skills

• Enjoy fieldwork and building relationships

• Communicative, active, persistent, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Own vehicle and driving license are advantageous

• For BABEL region: additional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese dialects (Hakka/Khek and/or Hokkian)
