About the role

Responsible for developing and managing project sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving the company's sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities

• Build and maintain good relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners

• Conduct project visits and understand customers' needs regarding the company's products and services

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure smooth sales processes

• Monitor project progress, follow up with customers, and ensure sales targets are achieved

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer and project requirements are met

• Prepare regular sales and project progress reports

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong target-oriented mindset

• Willing to travel for business purposes and visit project sites

• Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A) and driving skills is an advantage
