About the role

This role involves identifying and approaching prospective manufacturing and industrial clients in Bekasi–Karawang, particularly within Procurement, General Affairs, and Facility/Maintenance departments. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement and purchasing teams, capture civil works, renovation, and building/facility maintenance needs at manufacturing companies, and follow tender and non-tender processes according to each client company's policy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective manufacturing/industrial clients in Bekasi–Karawang, particularly Procurement, General Affairs, and Facility/Maintenance departments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement/purchasing teams
• Capture civil works, renovation, and building/facility maintenance needs at manufacturing companies
• Follow tender and non-tender processes according to each client company's policy
• Conduct follow-up on proposals through closing and coordinate with technical/estimator teams during negotiation
• Achieve agreed monthly pipeline and closing targets
• Report activities and pipeline progress regularly in CRM

About you

• Minimum 2 years experience as B2B sales/business development, primarily in manufacturing/industrial sector
• Minimum D3 or S1 education, all majors
• Active connections/relationships in procurement departments at several manufacturing companies
• Experience selling or handling civil works, renovation, construction, or facility maintenance projects to industrial clients
• Understanding of vendor registration and procurement processes (tender/non-tender) in manufacturing environments
