Sales Person

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned Palembang area.

• Drive and manage both sell-in and sell-out activities to ensure product distribution and sales performance meet the assigned targets.

• Conduct regular visits to customers, including electronics stores, distributors, dealers, and potential outlets.

• Develop new customers and expand market coverage within the assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support continuous sales growth.

• Present and promote products, sales programs, and promotional activities according to customer and market needs.

• Conduct price negotiations, follow-ups, and closing with customers.

• Monitor product availability, stock movement, and sell-out performance at customer/outlet level.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market conditions in the Palembang area.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer visits, sell-in, sell-out, and sales pipeline to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales/Salesman, preferably in the electronics or home appliance industry.

• Experienced in handling both sell-in and sell-out activities.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and market development.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and incentive-based systems.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proactive, confident, highly motivated, and results-oriented.

• Own a personal vehicle and have a valid driving license.

• Willing to work mobile and conduct regular customer visits.

• Willing to be placed and work in Palembang.

• Able to develop new customers and expand market coverage in the assigned area.
