Sales & OTA staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales & OTA Staff, you will manage our presence on online travel platforms, handle bookings and guest inquiries, and help grow our sales through partnerships and great customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update tour listings on OTA platforms (pricing, availability, product descriptions, photos)

• Handle bookings, inquiries, and changes from OTA and other sales channels

• Monitor and respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmations

• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and partners

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports

• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal pricing updates
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SMA/SMK, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, or OTA management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Good command of spoken and written English; other foreign languages are a plus

• Familiar with OTA platforms such as Klook, Viator, TripAdvisor, Agoda, KKday, etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets

• Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented

• Detail-oriented, quick to respond, and comfortable working with targets

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work on a shift basis

• Based in Bali
