Job Description:

• Engage with consumers through effective approaches tailored to the target audience.

• Communicate product knowledge and key messages clearly in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Conduct consumer interactions and product trials in line with program requirements.

• Achieve established daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.

• Ensure all activities comply with SOPs, compliance requirements, and brand standards.

• Maintain a professional, positive attitude, and professional conduct throughout all activities.

• Properly manage and maintain products, samples, POSM, and other work-related tools.

• Accurately record activity data and submit reports within the specified deadlines.

• Participate in briefings, training sessions, coaching, and performance evaluations conducted by the Team Leader.

• Provide field feedback and consumer insights to support program improvements and enhance effectiveness.

• Demonstrate fluent, natural, and confident English communication skills, with the ability to speak comfortably and understand spoken English effectively.

• Minimal SMA/SMK dan diutamakan berdomisili di Bali.

• Umur Maksimal 30 Tahun

• Pengalaman BA/SPG/SPB/Promotor/Activation menjadi nilai tambah.

• Komunikatif, percaya diri, ramah, dan persuasif.

• Mampu melakukan Consumer Approach & Engagement dengan baik.

• Mampu menjalankan Product Education, Consumer Contact, dan Trial

• Siap bekerja berdasarkan target dan KPI individu

• Disiplin terhadap attendance, grooming, SOP, dan jadwal kerja

• Memiliki attitude, teamwork, dan integritas yang baik.

• Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend, mobile, dan mengikuti kebutuhan project.
